Our founder Director brings over 30 years of marketing and business experience in European and Australian companies, pursuing a passion to ensure that the services of PlatinumJobSeeker™ reach every candidate member and every job advertiser in the world to return ethics and accountability to the national and international job search spaces.

Our second founder Director brings over 40 years of significant corporate sector experience in building businesses, developing markets, and corporate and regulatory compliance. A former lawyer, business consultant and corporate advisor whose vision is that ethical employment services are not only possible, but absolutely vital for jobseeker members and job advertisers – and that these ethical employment services will be rolled out around the world by PlatinumJobSeeker™.

Our Chief Technical Officer has over 20 years of experience in process automation and efficiency through technology. He is an experienced software architect who is also involved in cutting-edge AI research and brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on practical experience to the team through his business-focused and practical IT solutions to complex user needs. With a team of 4 IT professionals, our CTO oversees and creates an intuitive and trouble-free user experience and an easy to navigate user interface on both the advertiser and the jobseeker sides.

The PlatinumJobSeeker™ system utilises the latest in web-based languages and technologies, with a foundation of the rock-solid Amazon Web Services stack, to provide a geographically distributed, resilient and scalable solution.

Alongside this, our CTO also emphasises a focus on machine learning and AI solutions to improve customer satisfaction through dynamic and seamless UE, improve data process flow, and to identify key infometrics for system improvements and UI betterment.
